Why don’t we have 24 hour support?

We have no patience or respect for the 24 hour support provided by the big computer companies.  Our support is only provided by lead technicians and we are not about to let them get a call at 3 am.  We believe in quality not quantity and we refuse to let someone answer your calls from the other side of the earth.  The person who can truly support you is the person you know; the person who built your machine; the person who offered you coffee; and the person who remembers your name and cared enough to get to know you.
You can call our office 24 hours a day and leave a message after business hours.  We monitor our calls and will get back with all clients that are experiencing an emergency.  Believe us, we understand how important your computer is to your personal and business life.  We will get right on it.

How can you work on my computer if I live far away?

We have remote technology that allows us to securely log into your computer and repair most problems.  You sit right in front of your screen and watch us work while you chat with our staff.
Just call our office and our technicians will walk you through the process.  It is secure, safe and strangely, delightfully enjoyable.

Why aren’t Polarity PCs sold in retail stores?

We build our computers just for you.  They are custom built and we don’t begin the process until we have spoken with you and learned your needs.  We use only the latest technology and the parts you need. 

Who wants a computer that has been sitting on a shelf?

Every individual is different.  We think every computer is individual, too.

Why not just buy the parts from you and build my own PC?

You can.  But our clients who came to us for this reason ending up having us build their computers.  Why?  Custom building a computer is no longer a week-end hobby.  It takes a full time focus to learn what works and what doesn’t and to maneuver through the labyrinth of technology and its spin.  A good computer requires care and attention and a learning curve that can be enormous.  We think of it as brain surgery and we take our job seriously.

How do you know what parts to use?

We don’t use the parts put in the big name computers.  They are diluted, slower version parts using the same name brands.
We hunt down the best parts and test drive them.  From our motherboards to our video cards, we only use what we would want in our own personal computing systems.
